Building and retaining Customer’s loyalty in e-Commerce
Workshop by Mr Steven Smith
Tuesday 28th October at 18:00
Malta Institute of Management
The Malta Communication Authority, in collaboration with the Malta Institute of Management is organising a two-hour workshop to discuss the value of Customer’s loyalty for the sustainability of e-Commerce.
Proponents of e-Commerce attribute success to sound business models whilst others profess that the sustained customer loyalty is the name of the game. The reality is that some excellent business models have fallen face-down due to lack of solid customer base. So why is Customers’ loyalty critical to the long-term survival of e-Commerce business projects?
This Workshop shall attempt to investigate this, mainly by acquiring an understanding of what makes online Customers loyal and more importantly how to retain such customers.
Participants will have the opportunity to hear first hand information from a leading Australian practitioner in e-Commerce with a wealth of experience in the subject at an international level.
