The Malta Institute of Management Short Course: Presentation Skills
Presenting can be a daunting task, particularly if it’s a skill the individual has never practiced. This Presentation Skills programme will address the double task of building the confidence of participants to comfortably deliver a presentation, whilst at the same time, ensure that participants feel an element of pride and personal satisfaction in being in front of an audience. It will provide delegates with plenty of opportunity to practice their new skills and explore the issues in depth, in order for them to be able to use this skill when delivering short, long presentations to a large or small audience being at a conference, meeting or even training session. Delegates also will be able to energise their own presentation skills, as well as discover new approaches for ‘tired’ or ‘traditional’ presentations, together with finding ways to deliver stimulating presentations for those ‘challenging’ or ‘boring’ topics.
To enhance and develop these skills, the MIM is offering a 12 hour workshop where delegates have ample time to explore key presentation topics and than translate these concepts into practical sessions. The workshop is very participative, drawing on the delegates own real issues, to show the underlying concepts in action.
The dates for the short course are April 7,9,14,16,21,23 (6.00 - 8.00 p.m.).
Interested individuals are encouraged to contact the MIM on education@maltamanagement.com for more information and application form.
