MIM offering ADIT Paper 3 Training
ADIT Paper 3 EC Tax Law Training
The Malta Institute of Management (MIM) is offering a training package for Paper 3 (EC Tax Law) of the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation
This course will cover various tax matters in the European Community such as:
· Institutional Background
· Development of EC tax law
· Harmonisation of taxes
· Cooperation between Revenue Authorities
· Taxpayer protection in Europe
· EC and International Tax Law
· State Aid rules and Taxation
· The future Direction of EC Tax Law
The training will be delivered in a unique way by international and local tax experts. Amongst the international speakers are Dr Christiana Panayi, Prof Andrea Parolini, Dr Roberto Geraci and Prof David Southern. Local experts contributing to the project amongst others are Dr. Robert Attard and Dr Sarah Aquilina. This is a unique opportunity for tax experts in Malta enhance their skills by benefiting from the international experience of these tax gurus.

The participant will attend the following training for exam purposes of the ADIT paper:
› MIM VAT and EU conference on the 15th October
› EU Direct Tax Case Law: Workshop 1.5 day Mid-February (Exact Date to be announced shortly)
› Additional 1.5 day seminar focusing on ADIT Paper 3 by Dr.Panayi Mid-February (Exact Date to be announced shortly)
This package for Paper 3 training is being offered at the price of Euro 1,950*.
