In continuation of its support to the implementation of Islamic Finance in Malta, the Malta Institute of Management (MIM), the Malta Union of Bank Employees and the Malta Employers Association  have scheduled an evening workshop on the 29th April. Following the 5 day Islamic Finance Grundtvig Workshops (under the Lifelong Learning Programme) organised by the MIM in collaboration with the MUBE and the MEA we are  pleased to announce that we are once again hosting Mr. Oliver Ali Agha, (founding partner of Agha & Shamsi) in Malta for a 2 hour workshop on the 29th of April with the aim to further discuss developments on Islamic Finance in Malta.

The workshop will start off with a brief introductory speech by Mr. Oliver Agha and Mr.Reuben Buttigieg (MIM T&D Chairman), which will afterwards be followed by a questions and discussion from the participants. The workshop is being held at MIM premises in co-operation with various organizations including MIM collaborating partners AirMalta and Bank of Valletta  Mr. Agha is in Malta for the FinanceMalta Conference on 30th April 2010. Refreshments will be served after the event.
