Towards this end, it is essential that they have the right skills and resources to make a tangible difference to the organisations in which they work.  In the light of the above MIM shall hold on the 5th May, 2011  its National Economic Forum – A Better Managed Malta that aims to discuss ways, in the national interest, of how to call on managers, employers and policy makers to demonstrate their commitment to management and leadership excellence and surpass the mentality of amateurish management styles and partisan and cheap political stunts but focus efforts on sustainable results through a Better Managed Malta.
