The Duties and Responsibilities of Company Secretaries 2012
Following the success of the MIM Duties and Responsibilities of Company Secretaries Seminar held in October, the Malta Institute of Management in collaboration with the Malta Financial Services Authority will organise a seminar on the 19th January 2012 that will address the role of company secretaries in public companies and tax liability of company secretaries.
