The Aircraft Registration Act, Cap 503 was enacted in Malta in October 2010. The implementation of the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and its Aircraft Protocol together with the introduction of a number of new incentives, attract foreign investment to start their aviation business or register aircrafts in Malta.
The MIM Seminar on Aircraft Registration, aims to give an overview of the registration procedures and the legal requirements involved.
