Our MBA courses focus on six crucial disciplines which are compulsory plus an additional two electives from a choice of 40 courses. The core subjects covered are: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour (People Skills), Project Management and Strategic Planning.
An appropriate starting point would be; Organisational Behaviour. This gives an insight into the human behaviour that affects management decisions and the smooth operations of a professional team. This is crucial for the understanding of all other disciplines. It is recommended that; Accounting, Economics, Finance and Marketing are tackled next. Project Management and Strategic Planning are normally the final courses taken with Strategic Planning as the capstone course of the MBA programme. It essentially builds on the various tools, techniques and business processes learned throughout the course and which is necessary to use in order to develop strategic thinking to solve a wide array of business problems.
